HOW DO GROUP CLASSES WORK?

Group classes require a minimum of 3 students. If you already have a group of friends interested in the class send us an email at heytalkingtaco@gmail.com to register.

CANCELLATION, REFUNDS/WITHDRAWALS FOR BUNDLES AND GROUP CLASSES

Due to our commitment to teachers, the following refund policy applies:

  • A 100% refund or credit of your registration fee will be issued if a class is canceled by Talking Taco.

  • An 80% refund or credit (we keep a 20% administration fee) will be issued if you cancel your registration more than three full days (72 hours) before the bundle start date. Email heytalkingtaco@gmail.com to cancel.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your registration within one to three full business days (24-72 hours) before the bundle start date.

  • Our budget is based upon number a minimum number of students in class. Thus, NO REFUNDS will be issued within 24 hours before the start of a class or after a class has started, regardless of attendance. 

  • Keep in mind that if you’ve reserved a specific time/day those classes must be taken within 70 days of the time when you scheduled them. For example, You want to take classes on Tuesdays 4-6 pm every week during October. You started taking classes on October 1st. You got sick and had to cancel one of those Tuesdays (and gave us 24 hours notice) You must take those 2 hours during October or November. This is done in fairness to the teacher because they rely on that income for those specific months.

                                  

How does Scheduling work?

  1. Pay for your class/Schedule your class.

  2. Receive a confirmation email

  3. Receive an email with a zoom link for your class 24hrs prior.

  4. Enjoy your class on the chosen date.

LATENESS AND LESSON CANCELLATIONS

We encourage all students to be on time for their lessons. If a student is running late the teacher will wait in class for 30 minutes, if you arrive within that time frame the teacher will provide the student with whatever time remains in their scheduled lesson. After 30 minutes and no previous notice, the teacher will assume it's a no-show and leave the zoom session. 

If your teacher is running behind or has to cancel a session, he will notify you as early as possible through email and/or phone. Your teacher will make up any lesson or time owed to you in the unlikely event the instructor has to cancel.

RESCHEDULING REQUESTS

All private or semi-private classes can be scheduled at the convenience of the student.

Students can change their scheduled lesson time provided that the rescheduling request is done 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to give us a 24-hour notice will result in forfeiting your payment for that session.
